director of operations

Jeff Holt is responsible for Project Management and CAD production as well as managing the firm’s networking and computer technology.  His primary work in the firm includes management of projects from Design Development through production of Construction Drawings and Documents, Permitting, and Construction Administration. Jeff has extensive experience in building science and building codes.

Jeff has over twenty-five years’ experience in project management, drafting, CAD management, standardization, and customization.  He has experience in the following disciplines: Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Planning, Civil, Manufacturing, Computer-Aided Facility Management and Vocational Education. 

Jeff’s architecture work includes Church, Commercial, Residential, Historical Restoration, and Adaptive Reuse projects in various regions of the U.S. involving multiple different building codes.  He is also familiar with the landscape and civil aspects of development for architecture projects.

As a licensed teacher, Jeff taught drafting and AutoCAD, including a full-time day program and night classes for continuing education of professionals in the community.

He was married to Elizabeth Holt, prior to her passing in 2020, and is the proud father of three daughters and two granddaughters.
